We welcome you to come and explore the possibility of living your best life while awakening to your true nature.

    Connie Beaudoin

Life is an open question, a mystery to be entered into with a sense of awe and enchantment. In that willingness, we enter an opening into something larger and to a deep experience of belonging, and a sense of returning home.

Connie’s spiritual path began very early in her life and has taken her on many deep and magical journeys through inner and outer landscapes. Through these insights and inspirations of a life devoted to Truth and Freedom, she invites you onto your own path of knowing your true self, with the time-honored teachings and traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra and Buddhist teachings.

As the teachings are truly steeped in a life lived in harmony with nature, wise choices then naturally include pure, clean foods, care of the environment, natural health care, reaching out to our community and to the world around us, and all things that would cause the least harm to our planet, ourselves and all that we share this life with. The practice then, asks for devotion and commitment to a path of truth.

Once one is committed, one may be surprised by how quickly a life seems to change. And yet, the deeper surprise is that this peace and freedom that is experienced, was here waiting for you all along. Connie’s offering is to come to discover a uniquely personal space for one to both begin and deepen a practice of self-discovery and ultimately freedom.

Connie is dedicated to sharing these practices that cultivate joy, wonder, expansiveness and the boundless nature of the heart. She offers private classes, workshops, local and international retreats in service to a conscious life awakening to its full potential.

Amy Bahl

Amy is a skilled and dedicated yogini. Through her passion for the practice she was inspired to take her first teacher training in Miami. Amy was certified to teach Ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga through the Miami Yogashala in 2005. Before and after her certification, she studied extensively with Shiva Rea, as well as Jonny Kest, Sharon Gannon, David Life, and Sarah Powers. Amy teaches mainly in the vinyasa style, but also enjoys teaching yin yoga and incorporating yin theories and techniques into her classes. Her classes are a balance of powerful, fluid movement, and deep relaxation.

Laurie Dean

Laurie began practicing yoga 10 years ago as a way to loosen her tight hamstrings.  A few years later, at a Yoga Journal Conference, she took a day long workshop with Rod Stryker – his was the only one offered “for all levels”.  She understood nothing he talked about that day! But that planted a seed.  Drawn by his knowledge, sense of humor and reverence for the teachings and his teachers, she continues to study with Rod – recently completing his 500 hr teacher training program.  Along with Rod, Connie Beaudoin, Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley and Betsey Downing have added their influence to Laurie’s teaching and her life.  It’s truly an honor to teach, and it’s Laurie’s wish to share with her students the many gifts her teachers have given to her.

Sara Lerner

Sara Lerner's lifelong interest in the body-mind connection, awareness and health, and devotion to yoga, led her to a Prem Shakti Kripalu teacher training in 2006. Since then, Sara's love for teaching yoga has evolved into an inspiring environment, inviting students to check into the body, and move into the space created by the breath. Combined with mindfulness meditation, the practice creates an opportunity to deepen physical and emotional ease. The practice of yoga is a practice for life.

Jennifer

With a life- long affinity for eastern philosophies, Jen gratefully arrived on the doorstep of yoga which perfectly aligns with her spiritual quest, love of heart-centered community and joy in the physical practice. Certified as a teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa she has also studied extensively with John Friend in the Anusara style. She approaches Yoga as creative expression of the Divine and invites you to dance your heart open.

Jessica McGruder

Jessica McGruder is a graceful teacher who is devoted to her students and her practice. Jessica started her love of yoga in 2001 and received her teacher training in the Kripalu style of yoga in 2007at the Prem Yoga Center in West Palm Beach. She has studied extensively with Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, and Sarah Powers. She has also enjoyed working with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa in the Kundalini style of yoga. Jessica’s love of life infuses her teaching. Her blissful classes are in the Vinyasa style with an emphasis on breath, alignment and joyful movement.

Anna Lee Sanders

“Discernment is a process of letting go of what you are not.”

Through her own personal path of trials, seeking for the outer world to give meaning to her inner world, Anna stumbled onto the yogic path of asana, meditation and inner inquiry and found that she was already in possession of the very thing she had been seeking after her whole life. Anna offers the opportunity to break apart the things that bind the body, mind and spirit. If you are looking to be transformed, please come.
